Yesterday I completed my very first class for social workers through Capital Caring here in the VA/DC/MD area.  Talk about nervous excitement.  Reread the book, selected my outfit and then reviewed and revised my presentation and notes one more time before bedtime.  I was ready.  Arrived almost an hour early, reviewed presentation one more time.  In-person audience was smaller then...
